I am actually sitting at my school’s FC3 right now. Waiting for my FCY practical test which is at 3.00pm… A little worried about it but I don’t think I will screw it up but you never know.

Ya, as I said was so busy recently that I didn’t even get to write my story. It’s left hanging there for 1 month already. I just don’t have the time! And now even though my holidays are coming after the exam, I am still not free, lecturers gave us lots of assignment. Good luck to me.

So, a new week is starting. Gosh, hope it will be smooth.

This reminds me of getting into the same sec 3 and 4 class as a girl that I disliked in secondary school. Ended up being her classmate for 4 years straight. Seems like my luck in this type of things is always very bad.

Mei Yu brought some snacks and I brought some sushi rice that was pressed into triangle shape and hotdogs. So we had mini picnic as well. Mei Yu brought her penguin kite too so we flew the kite along with some other people there. There wasn’t a lot of people cause it’s a weekday I guess. And at first, we had problems with attaching the string to the kite cause the person that brought it got no idea how to do it… -.-

So we stayed there from around 1 plus in the afternoon to 5 pm. Obviously we got sun burnt and it was quite bad. My arms and thighs are still red now. And it’s a little pain and itchy.

This song is by a 5-membered girl group from Taiwan, Roomie (another word for roommates). The 5 members are namely 凯悌, 安柏儿, 米非, 莱拉 and 贝贝. They debut last August by releasing an online single, “So Long”. They don’t release actual album but rather release their singles online. The song I am recommending today is their second single, released online last September and the song is 《你懂》.

This song is actually written and composed by 1 of the member who is 贝贝. I like this song a lot not only because I think that it is well composed but also because I like the lyrics a lot, especially the chorus. The lyrics is saying about how girls can be really silly sometimes and can’t bear to let go of a past relationship even if it hurts. In another sense this song is trying to tell girls with this type of problems to let go when it is time to do so as there is no point making our self suffer as the counterpart will never even bother about us and the relationship anymore.

Hope whoever who went to listen to this song will like it and comprehend something from the lyrics.

It always happens, the module I expected to do better but I end up getting a grade lesser and what I didn’t expect to do well and I got an A. Speaking about only getting B+ for Math A, thought I will get an A cause it’s an easier math module. My math is really lousy after I graduate from secondary school. This shows that the math tuition centre I went and my secondary school math teacher are really good. Lol. And the subject that I didn’t expected an A was A&P (I mentioned before why). Well well and got B+ for Gen-ed as well, somewhat expected cause my results for the first few assignments are all B. Must really thank my Gen-ed lecturer, I really like her, how I wish I can still have her as my Gen-ed II lecturer in the new school year.

That’s about it I guess. I seriously should have taken pure bio and pure chem in secondary school and not pure physics and pure chem. I am surviving well for all my chem and bio modules for the whole of year 1. What was I thinking back then? A good question to ponder about.

My friend told me about this camera few days back and I went to check it out. I found it really cute as it is actually a camera that looks like milk/juice boxes. The straw that is sticking out is actually the shutter. Isn’t it cute?! I bet if you place it on the table, no one when realise it’s a camera with one glance. You could probably take surprise shots of your friends.

The camera uses the commonly found 35 mm film and the shutter speed is 1/100 seconds which is quite fast. It’s not really a wide angle camera but it takes wide photos and the pictures that came out are quite nice. I like the effect. I like the Pomme and Citron design. Still considering whether to get it or not. I already have a digital camera, a Fujifilm instax and a Recesky twin lens camera.

Watched Lorax last Friday with 2 of my friends. It wasn’t a bad movie. The storyline is about Ted’s journey in finding a real tree for his dream girl Audrey. And I believe there is a hidden message on saving the environment and stop deforestation. At some point of time, the story can be a little boring but overall it’s still okay as the characters inside are entertaining! The bear’s watery eyes are so cute and the goldfish choir is really nice. The Lorax is cute that when it floats up into the sky, it has to use his hand to pull his butt up and the part when he rub the two bears together to create static to save Once-ler was really funny as well! Oh and the way the characters converse are entertaining too. The part where Once-ler told Lorax that the lady is his aunt and Lorax replied, “What?! She’s a woman!” was really epic! The story ended well of course and I cried a little during the ending when Once-ler and Lorax hugged together. It was touching to me cause cause, alright I can’t explain with words. I believe you will know when you watch the movie. Haha.

I cannot exactly say it is a very fantastic movie but it’s still not bad. I think it’s worth a watch with the cute characters, epic conversations and colourful scenes where you see inflatable trees and flowers. The storyline maybe typical but at least I think the hidden message is brought through and it even made me cry at the end. It is also definitely a movie suitable for parents to bring their kids along to watch it. After all, it is from the creators of Despicable Me, it won’t be that bad.
